Mentorship Is a lost commodity. In today's business markets, professionals don't often have access to mentors who can help, and more seasoned executives don't have employees stay long enough to find mentorship opportunities. There is no single platform where mentees can easily find mentors and grow their careers or business. All available programs have one mentor to a mentee and when the mentor is not available, the mentorship program is put to a halt. There is a lack of on-demand mentorship.
